I am an Economist working as Professor of Practice in Data Science at the Connolly Alexander Institute for Data Science (CAIDS) at Tulane University.

My research focuses on the effect of technology on the economy. Specifically, I study how IT infrastructure affects firm performance and financial markets in developing countries.

I teach courses in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistics.
